I was out at Oceano Dunes, my Rhino was operating perfectly. While heading out to comp hill I turned off my Rhino. After a while I turned it back on it backfired and it never turned back on. I am planing on starting with the fuel filter but anyone have any thoughts or might have had a similar experience? Thanks!
I removed the fuel filter and tested it out it seem to work well. But after tried to fire it back up it does not seem to be pulling gas out of the tank. I will now try the fuel pump.

Fuel filter #1 then maybe pump or CDI if you have one.

cdi is what I would check first. Try to swap with someone to see if it works if not do the regular diagnostics of fuel and spark check.
Are we camping yet?

The resolution to the issue was. the tube that goes in between the carb and the cylinder head was not connected on the bottom. After I put it back in an securely tightened it it fired right up. After doing some research I found that if there was no spark from the spark plug then it definately would be a CDI problem. Thanks everyone for you help.
