Here's a sub box I built for a friend for his RZR. He wanted a box that was easy to install and he didn't want to modify his RZR to much to install it. It only required drilling 2 holes in the firewall.

3/4" MDF (medium density fibreboard) then it's sprayed with Dupli-color Truyck Bed Coating.

Looks great, but couldn't it be made with 1/2" to save some weight?  Regardless, thanks for the picture and nice work.   8)
