This is a decision you need to make by your self, It would probably take a few years to push a class action law suit threw the  court system the way the legal system works but this is what makes the manufactures stay honest and makes them fix there issues, If it was me I would do it  because there are people that will not get covered on this problem and i would hate to see that happen. it really is up to you and maybe the class action law suit is what pushed Polaris to fix your problem, I am really glade to see that it is working out for you now and hope other people will have there issues fixed as well, that is all i could hope for :!: .
