Re: TODDS CUSTOM BILLET LONG TRAVEL, AND CAGE

My name is Phil, I live in AZ. I am new to the forum, and wanted to say hey, and show some pics of my RZR. I have recently installed a Todds Custom Billet 6 1/2" over long travel kit, with King Shocks. The A-arms are solid billet aluminum with some pretty trick detailing on them. It has complete Gorilla axles. I also put on a Todds Custom Billet Aluminum cage with doors and spare tire holder.

Re: TODDS CUSTOM BILLET LONG TRAVEL, AND CAGE

I am very happy with it. There is an area north of Mesa, AZ called Lower Sycamore creek. This place has trails with all the whoops anyone could handle and it did very well out there. There is also 7-8 miles of a wide flat sand wash that is a blast to run high speed.

Re: TODDS CUSTOM BILLET LONG TRAVEL, AND CAGE

Thanks for the words guys. The total for the LT and cage was $8800 OTD. Sounds expensive, but retail price for these together would be @ $12,000. The complete long travel kit is $8500 and the cage is $2600. I took an Ebay add in to the dealer that had a Todds kit at $6500 and started dealing from there.

I cant  believe the difference in the handling. I am taking trails that used to be 25 mph at 50 mph.

A quick question for you... Does that billet mark up easily? Like if you ran those arms in Moab Utah where scraping along the rocks happens on every trail would it mess them up bad?

Re: TODDS CUSTOM BILLET LONG TRAVEL, AND CAGE

The aluminum gets marked up easier than metal for sure. But the way the arms are designed I dont think that you could damage them structurally as easily as an a-arm made from metal tubing. These a-arms are solid billet aluminum.
