Re: timing a 2007 660 rhino

Hi im new to posting iv been reading for a couple months now.
I am currently stationed in Afghanistan,  as part of an Air Force Vehicle mainenance shop. I have a 660 Rhino that came in for a "No Start" condition. we figured out it was a timing problem, and after tearing it down i realized that the valves had touched the top of the piston just enough to bend them. anyways we have a completely new head, as well as the timing chain, tensioner, and both of the chain guides. now im putting it back together 3 months after taking it apart (the time it takes to get stuff sucks) and i need to know how to time the crank to the counterbalance shaft, and then how to time the cam to the crank.
we dont have a manual (im working on the boss to order one) so any help would be very much appreciated.
thanks,
SSgt Petchell

Welcome to the forum SSgt Petchell - and thank you for your service :!:
I happen to have the Rhino 660 service manual in PDF format - it is about 12MB - I would be happy to send, but problem is most email servers limit size of attachements to about 5mb. I can break down manual into smaller files or if you prefer just send appropriate pages. PM me an email address and I can get it sent this evening.

Just broke out the "periodic checks and adjustments" (chapter 3 - 52 pages) into 1.4MB file. Chapter 4 might be needed also (97 pages -  4.72MB) Let me know where to send it SSgt Petchell!
