The aluminum gets marked up easier than metal for sure. But the way the arms are designed I dont think that you could damage them structurally as easily as an a-arm made from metal tubing. These a-arms are solid billet aluminum.
Twisted Stitch's bench seat looks very cool, thats the next thing going in my RZR.
Single, the Elka Elite series has dual rate adjustment, and those are about $3500. These are the Elka Utility series. I will tell you this, when you make an adjustment on Elka shocks, you can tell that you changed something.
Threaded preload, (the best) Rebound, and compression. You can dial them in easily for your riding style, dunes or rocks. They are set up for rough trail riding right now. 1" higher ride height.
Check the classified section. My Elkas are on there for $1500. They are like new, and they are better than the WE. I have a delivery to make in Havasu in about a week or so, I can bring them up if you want to see them in person.
2K for shocks is worth the money, if you spend a lot of time on your rzr. I had a set of Elka piggy backs on mine ($2500) and I loved them. You can get away with $1000 on shocks, but you get what you pay for. You can adjust the ride height, compression, rebound, get more wheel travel, and a MUCH better ride. The extra 2" of wheel travel doesnt sound like much, but when stock travel is 10", that 2" makes a HUGE difference. My rear Elkas are dual rate. They have a softer small spring for smoothing the small bumps, then the stiffer large spring for bigger bumps, body roll, and jumping. I was able to disconnect the front sway bar with the Elkas, and it was STILL more stable than stock with a much better ride.
Thanks for the words guys. The total for the LT and cage was $8800 OTD. Sounds expensive, but retail price for these together would be @ $12,000. The complete long travel kit is $8500 and the cage is $2600. I took an Ebay add in to the dealer that had a Todds kit at $6500 and started dealing from there.
I cant believe the difference in the handling. I am taking trails that used to be 25 mph at 50 mph.
Todds custom billet says it will be fine. Dragon Fire says that the frame gusstes, shock mounts, and frame tubes are needed. I am looking for somebody that bent their frame that wasnt racing the BITD, or Baja 500.
I put a long travel on my RZR and I am reading about the front end problems that occur without frame gussets, etc. Does anybody have first hand experience with this. How much will the frame take? I have launched my RZR with the stock suspension and never had an issue, landing down hill on sand. If I jump it now with out more support am I going to bend it? Are the frame mods only needed for racing applications? Any advice would be appreciated. Dune season is just around the corner and I dont want to damage my frame on the first trip with the new set up.
The arms are 6 1/2" over each side, with King shocks.
Renegade would have to provide him a tracking # in order for FedEx to assist. It sounds like they are just blowing him off.

You may want to see if this one will fit on the S. I am not sure of the mounting points.
These A-arms were recently removed from my 2008 RZR. They are in pretty good condition, with what I would consider normal wear and tear. They still have the boot guards on them and the rear break lines with some of the hardware. Make me an offer on them.
I have a complete set of axles, front and rear with cv's and boots. Make me a reasonable offer. They have about 40 hours on them. The only suspension mods that these axles ran with was a set of Elka Shocks.
I am very happy with it. There is an area north of Mesa, AZ called Lower Sycamore creek. This place has trails with all the whoops anyone could handle and it did very well out there. There is also 7-8 miles of a wide flat sand wash that is a blast to run high speed.
