Re: RZR Frame support?????
I put a long travel on my RZR and I am reading about the front end problems that occur without frame gussets, etc. Does anybody have first hand experience with this. How much will the frame take? I have launched my RZR with the stock suspension and never had an issue, landing down hill on sand. If I jump it now with out more support am I going to bend it? Are the frame mods only needed for racing applications? Any advice would be appreciated. Dune season is just around the corner and I dont want to damage my frame on the first trip with the new set up.
The arms are 6 1/2" over each side, with King shocks.

This is a good question and I would try to contact the makers of these kits to confirm the problem with it, one of them should make a kit just for this problem if it is true I would think :idea: .

Todds custom billet says it will be fine. Dragon Fire says that the frame gusstes, shock mounts, and frame tubes are needed. I am looking for somebody that bent their frame that wasnt racing the BITD, or Baja 500.
