Theres more to it than that because the 2010 xp has less power than the 2011 xp and theres no restrictor plate on standard xp's.

That roll cage would get me in all kinds of  trouble with its design. I would be hung on every tree in the forest. I made the mistake of buying my step daughter a chinese atv and I spend more time replacing lost nuts and bolts and welding frame cracks than she does riding it. I wish i bought her a name brand and probably will when she outgrows it. My Polaris on the hand is trouble free.

I get about about 80 miles putting back 5 gallons. The fuel warning comes on at about 4 gallons left in mine. They don't have the greatest sending unit from my understanding but I like the cushion because I have a bad habit of driving to the "E" even on my truck.

I believe it is inherent of the 800 XP. Mine does it too. It sounds alot softer with fresh fluid. When my warranty runs out this month I am going to try amsoil chain case fluid and see if there is a difference. My clutch start to engage at 1500 rpms. If I hold 1500 rpms the Ranger starts to roll after a few seconds forward or reverse. I get a clunk mainly going to reverse for the first time after startup and intermittently also.
