Re: The MAZE Build Up

I went with the super atv RZR to RZR S conversion kit. This kit allows you to use your stock shocks and gives you the ability to upgrade to aftermarket shocks if you feel that you need to or when money becomes available. I chose to run my stock shocks and plan to do so untill the UTV Rally is over in April and then when I head back down to The Rally on the Rocks in May I will have some aftermarket shocks on for that event. I am doing it this way for testing purposes.

I am very happy with this kit so far. I do not have much ride time on it so at this point my feedback is only for the install and the quality of the kit. I originally thought that this kit was a "mirror" of the RZR S kit. However after the install is complete I learned much more about the kit. For one it is quite a bit stronger than the stock RZR S kit.

The install went smooth and I had no hangups with any part of the kit. The instructions can be followed by anyone and include color pictures to help you out if you need it.

My only complaint at this point is that you re-use quite a bit of your old a-arm components. It just adds a fair amount of time onto the install.

Re: The MAZE Build Up

This is the front shock relocator bracket. If you mount your stock shock into the inner of the two holes it gives you a stock ride height. If you move it to the outside hole you get a 2 1/2" lift as a result.

We have a RZR S coming into the shop Monday for some work and I will take some pictures of the stock "S" arms so you can see the difference in them as well.
