Fireball racing 6" over long travel suspension kit on my RZR. I have about 600 miles on it, mostly in Baja, with no problems. It uses stock CV joints with longer axles. The kit is bolt on, and I think there are only two holes to drill. Mechanical aptitude is needed for the CV joints and bleeding the brakes. Thier website has the phone number in it. I've only seen one or two 6" over kits. It handles great, ground clearance is higher, and the wheelbase is extended by about 3". I went with the bilstien (I know thats probably spelled wrong) shocks. They're only preload adjustable, but they're valved good for non racing applications.
Here are some pics.

This is the first RZR topic i have ever replied to. I'm a rhino guy, but when i saw your RZR i had to leave something. I just wanted to say that it looks really good. Seeing that mikes me want to get one. The only problem is that my knees hit the dash when i get into them....
It looks good though, hope you have fun in it...

Thanks for the pics Cooter... SWEET! How much ground clearance did you gain? Rzr's climb really well but lack clearance.

That looks great what did you use for the eyes in your bed?

My 2cents... Just go to your local hardware store and they will have them in many different lengths and sizes. They have them in stainless but they are harder to find.

That’s what I figured but I was wondering what he used for spacers inside the holes for strength?

Ground clearance is 14" from the skid plate to the ground.
Those are home depot eye bolts with fender washers on both sides, and nylock nuts on the bottom. There is no spacer inside the "lock n ride" hole. The fender washers end up bending a little, and they self center.

You could always use a steel spacer or even a stack of washers if you needed the extra strength.

On the eye bolt downs; The second generation idea I have used is to put a piece of rubber heater hose between the washers. It keeps things centered. The hose needs to be about a half inch longer than the lock n ride hole, so it fills the hole when you tighten it.
