Re: best long travel kit

What is the best long travel kit for the rzr? I was looking at the rzr tech kit but I don't know if it's junk or not. Thanks

Re: best long travel kit

A little background info about the RZRtech long travel suspension kit for the Polaris RZR. Our arms are guaranteed not to break or free replacement. Constructed of laser cut 4130 chromolly steel and tig welded with an internal bracing system, these arms are VERY strong. The engineer who constructed the arms is the same engineer as our Class 1 Baja cars. Using the same technology, we are the only company who builds both Class 1 Baja cars and Side by Side products. If you have any questions feel free to call. Keep the rubber side down!

Thank you! We do not offer a kit for the Prowler as of now but we are working on a LT kit for the Teryx and a 3" over kit for the RZR. I'll keep you updated

Re: best long travel kit

Let me know if you guys ever make a kit for the Prowler. Is there a reason the aftermarket does not support the Cat as well as Polaris or Yamaha? Is it design? Or the simple matter of market demand?

Its just my guess but I would say market demand.

So Spectrumsandsports: What is your price on the +6 rzr kit? Any discounts for forum members on your products? THX

Re: best long travel kit

To all the members here on Side by Side forum I am willing to offer a 10% off any long travel suspension kit provided by RZRtech or LtRhino. This offer is good for 2 weeks (exp. May 19 '08 ). Steel prices have been increasing rapidly so I don't dare offer it to far out.

We don't make a kit for the Prowler due to the lower demand for them. When/if anything changes I will be sure to keep you updated. Keep the rubber side down!

Re: best long travel kit

What do you offer in cages.  I need something STRONG.  I also would like to see someone come up with front end protection.  I rolled end over end backwards in Moab and crushed my radiator and mounts.  Had to rent a Rhino for 2 days

RZRtech offers several different cages. Check out our gallery on the web. Here are a couple:

Re: best long travel kit

I love the cage except that it takes what little bed space there is.  How about one that comes down to a rear bumper?  Have any plans for that?  I still need some front protection that doesn't mount anywhere near the radiator mounts, don't know if that's possible.

We can eliminate the rear bars which tie into the bed, and add two "v" bars to support the rear of the cage. Connecting the cage to the rear bumper makes for a difficult installation process. However, we can customize a cage to fit your needs.

Re: best long travel kit

Steves stuff is very well built, you can look at all the bracing on it......TOUGH!! I would deffinatly give them a look see. They arent the cheapest, but if you want quality in saftey and performance your not going for cheap anyways. Steve is a great guy and will answer any of your questions. big_smile
