RMD will be posting up some travel info today sometime. We are trying to figure a few things out but it looks like we will be meeting up with you on Friday morning at one of the trail heads at 8:30 or 9:00.

we will be meeting up just north of moab. at the junction of highway of 191 and highway 128 this is where the colorado river crosses the main highway into town.

after we meet up we will be heading northeast on 128 to the trail head for the top of the world trail.

i am thinking 8:30 at the earliest and hopefully 9:00 am at the latest to meet up.

we will go do the top of the world trail and be packing lunches with just incase we are on the trail that long. after we get done with that trail if time permits we will be doing the poisin spider mesa that is also north of town. after that ride we will be going out to eat.

saturday morning we will load up and go into the slick rock area and go to one spot and unload. we will do fins and things in the morning once again packing lunch just in case, and then hells revenge in the afternoon. get done and back to moab for dinner and some hot tubing.

sunday plans are slightly different from before, wake up and travel back towards green river and ride at the white wash sand dunes. problay ride there from 10 amish anywhere to 2-4 pm and then load up and head home.

Wish you were here... A little teaser from todays ride

Just got back to the room from the hot tub

Today we headed off to TOP OF THE WORLD for our first ride. This ride was approx 19 miles round trip from the trail head. It was a great trail to get "warmed up" on. We were all excited to hit the trail and start checking out the views that Moab has to offer. We have a super group to ride with as well. This is a must see view and you know once you hit the trails end why it gets the name it has. WOW!!!

After we finished TOP OF THE WORLD we headed off to POISON SPIDER MESA. This trail is a little more up my alley! RMD and I had the chance to do this trail at the UTV Rally back in June and we have always wanted to go back. We had a blast as we got to see just what the side x sides were capable of doing. The round trip for this ride is approx 15 miles but we ran out of time and did not get to finish the entire loop before it got dark. We may go back to it on Sunday.

Dinner was also wonderful!

The bed is calling my name so I am out till tomorrow....

LUUCKY! :cry: I need to quit relying on work so much... They backed out of Vegas at the last minute and postponed until next weekend.

We made it back safe and reality of work and life sure gets in the way of getting all the details up and posted of the rest of the trip. Those of us that went are trying to get all of our photos together and I will be making a video of our weekend. I will post up more details and other photos before the video gets done and hopefully some of the others will share a little as well.

This past weekend was an awesome trip. My first trip to Moab. It was definatley worth it and it passed all my expectations. I can definately see why MOAB is the hot spot for off-roading.

It was definatley nice to meet new people.... Badley... it was great to meet you and your wife. Definatley need to hit up Am. Fork Canyon and the dunes soon. You are always welcome in our group!

Thanks Josh! You are all a fantastic group! Jana and I had the best time ever. Look foward to riding with you guys again. The weather was great, a little cool and rainy Sat. morning but it blew over and ended up nice. No rollovers Ryan :shock: No breakdowns, although Jared and Martin suspecting front end problems... whats the verdict guys? Only one injury... me Tore a muscle in my calf late Sat. climbing around the escalator (on foot - should have stayed in the Rhino). I will be fine in a few days.

sorry for not getting on sooner and giving a update

we had a absoloute blast and couldnt have asked for a better time IMO.

i was just getting caught up with life when i had a unexpected trip to vegas to pick up my brother and his broken truck
