The kit can be installed in under 2 hrs using basic hand tools. This is accomplished through the use of sub-assemblies that we put together. The turbo and muffler install as one unit into the factory muffler mount and factory frame holes. We have had new fuel lines made with factory style fittings so you don't need to cut the hose and use hose clamps. The exhaust tubing to the muffler already has an O2 bung installed. All of the necessary bungs have been installed into the charge tubes so boost is controlled and monitored by the gauge and fuel controller. Like I stated in the original thread, Gibson Performance Exhaust and EPI Clutches helped us in this build. This ensures proper clutching and an exhaust header that will clear any suspension while providing great power. The cost is $5,500 and includes everything you need to conquer the dunes and anything else!

I have no vested interest in this product. I don't have this kit on my RZR, but from all the research I have done, & all the tweaking I have done on my kit, I do believe this is likely the best off the shelf kit currently available for the RZR.
When you look at what comes with this kit, you can quickly see that you get allot more for the money than other kits that are out there.
I am surprised at how complete the parts list is, and how well thought out it appears to be.
Nobody else has a kit with a boost & wideband 0-2 gauge package as standard!
IMHO a wideband is one of the most important things you can have on an aftermarket turbocharged engine.
After a WHOLE LOT of modification and extra expense on the TSI kit I can now say that I think it’s in the same league with the Aerocharger kit. However, if I had it to do again, I would spend the extra money and save myself allot of time.
I like what I see so far.

What is the current price on a turbo kit, The last time i checked it was well over $4000.00, This is over 1/3 the cost of a new RZR, And you can only push the Polaris engine to 6700 to 7000 RPM without major bottom end modifications, Also you are limited to only so much top speed because the drive and driven clutch and the engine RPM limit and also the gearing, I am sure when the turbo spools up the power is very much improved till that point and what are the current dyno numbers on this kit on a 800 EFI and if any how much more top speed do you get :?: , I am not sure but a new 70 horse 850 EFI engine from the new sportsman might be cheaper then doing a turbo kit and making all the engine upgrades, That could get as high as 6 to 7 thousand dollars when your done  . I sure would like to see if someone is doing one of the 850 transplants  .

I looked at there web site and it looks like a well made kit but was shocked at the $5500 dollar price  , Still knowing what i do about the engine I am concerned on there statement that the engine needs no mods at almost double the power output, Polaris crank shafts have been know to fail at that much output.

I've had great luck with a turbocharged RZR.
I have over 2,400 miles on my RZR running pump gas and 8 - 8.5 # of boost.
At that boost level the 800 is in the range of 85 Horsepower instead of the stock 50.
My engine is holding up just fine. I believe one reason is that I didn't raise the rev limiter.
Raising the engine speed is much harder on the crank than adding power in the designed RPM band.
I know people who have run 15# of boost on the RZR without trouble; I just wasn't willing to push it that hard.
The top speed remains the same as what you can do with a stock RZR, you just get there quicker.
From what I can see about this new system, it should run cooler EGTs and have lower backpressure than other systems like mine. This would be less stressful on the engine.
The $5,500. price tag is steep in relation to the cost of the RZR, but is reasonable when compared with other systems that don't come with all the extra components that this system does.
I hope to see the new 850 engine in the 2010 RZR.
I probably wouldn’t get a turbo if the RZR came with 70+ horsepower stock.
That would be SWEET!
