Hey dave is your lonestar kit +4? Was it a beach to install?
Offline
it is the +4 kit
the biggest pain is the axles. but i would recomend running gorilla axles in the rear atleast. i have a extra set of brand new ones i need to sell.
the brake lines are the next hard thing. but overall the rear axle suck to do according to there instructions.
i wonder if polaris will get off there butts and sell there s kit for owners to install on there standard rzrs

The RZR-s is more then just suspension, It is a hotter cam and exhaust, And maybe a gearing change but I have not confirmed the gearing change yet, to jump fro 55 to 62 mph would have to be more then what is written :?: .

The gearing is the same, just there's no clutch limiting spacer.

Here's what's different between the S and the stock RZR:
1) Cam
2) Exhaust
3) ECU
4) Removed clutch spacer
5) 5+ Long Travel = 12" of travel instead of 9"
6) 6% more power and 6% more weight
Hope that helps,
Chris

My S seems to rev much faster and pull harder at the top end reaching max speed much faster than my RZR.

7) roll cage
But either way a long travel kit would be way easy for polaris to start producing. plus then some of us with crappy dealers wouldnt have to worry about voiding our warranty.
