I would run the one from dirty dawg or bikeman performance, they have run these machines and worked with them longer then most and are the first with these products with continuad upgrades since then, all the rest are late in the game and only have gotten into it the last few years with polaris 700 and 800 cc engines, I would go with the experience other then tale end charlie on this.
2003 Ford F350 Superduty FX4 Lariat, Banks Kit.
2003 Rampage 365 Toy Hauler.
2005 Ranger Xp, Sp belt, EPI Clutch Kit, Sp Ecu.
2001 Honda XR650R With Go Fast Kit.

Never used it, there are a lot of new systems coming out from different people now days that have jumped on the band wagon but i personally would stick with the tried and true like i mentioned earlier by people that know the Polaris line from the very beginning, theses people have thousands of hours in working on the whole Polaris engine line in modifications from the bottom up.

Thanks for the reply. I've got a neighbor that used to work for the Yamaha Factory Racing Team and now works the NASCAR circuit. He recommended Muzzys, so I thought I would find out if anyone on this forum uses this brand. I used to have a Teryx and many people were running Muzzys.

Again it sounds like they don't specialize in Polaris at all, It is like going to a guy to rebuild and hot rod your 426 Hemi in your cuda and he has only worked on small block Chevy's all his life, He may be good on Chevy's but does not know the In's and outs on chrysler or ford products. :!:  .

The Muzzy kit works excellent. The LTE kit also produces large power gains but is quite a bit louder. Muzzy has their own fuel management program that seems to be working good so far. Also will need a matching clutch kit thats specific to tire size and riding area (elevation)

JBR, do you work with a lot of those kits or have you run them on your own ride?

I have them on my machine, my fathers machine and have installed them on at least 10 razrs. I like the muzzy because its a little better on the ear drums. DOnt get me wrong... i like noise. We ride at the oregon coast, and all over mountains around my house. Also hit the track as much as possible. The muzzy is a nice clean fit. I think over the past few years muzzy has made huge strides in the offroad world. their fit and finish has been very clean since the first kit installed. I think Rangerdale has a good point though, but i also know how my razr ran before and after and have to go with the real world experience i have with their product.
Or you could skip that step and throw an aerocharger turbo kit on it.....?

Will any of these kits quieten an 800 XP?
This is about the only thing we are disappointed in... our Ranger 800 XP LE is just too loud.
Thanks!

What is too loud? The exhaust or the engine noise? It's goingto be very difficult to quiet that machine down. Or find a side by side that's as quiet as your ranger. Unless you get the new electric powered ranger.

I am thinking it is the exhaust.
Maybe something like the Benz Silent Rider Silencer might work.
