So how was it guys? Ya probably had soooo much fun you didnt even know I was not there! ha ha -Well I had to stay home because my water heater for the one half of my house had leaked all over and I had to stay to take care of that. :x Post up some pix please!

I put 2" spacers on my rhino and I love them! I like the feel and stability that even the 2" provide. I dont know what size to put on a cat but I think they are great. 
I have duned and jumped on mine and even put them through the abuse of a trip to Moab rock crawling.

You could always use a steel spacer or even a stack of washers if you needed the extra strength.

That sucks! Have you figured out what causes the failure? Did the dealer mention anything about why they think it happens?

That looks great what did you use for the eyes in your bed?
My 2cents... Just go to your local hardware store and they will have them in many different lengths and sizes. They have them in stainless but they are harder to find.
